Just like a pair of glasses can sharpen or distort your vision, filters can enhance or cloud your natural traits. By understanding what’s innate to you, you’ll become more aware of the filters you’ve developed—and how they may be helping or hindering your personal growth and connection with others.

It’s all about learning to operate in the healthy zone of your innate personality—using your strengths in balanced, meaningful ways.
